I think we all need a bit of weekly wanderlust and some motivation to maybe finally book those tickets.
There are so many beautiful places around the world that need to be seen, and each one of them has their own uniquely beautiful experiences.
So if you need something to entertain yourself with for the next 2 minutes, or you want some travel inspo for your next vacation, then here are some places to check out.
1. If you haven’t heard of Chongqing before, then you need to check this video out. I don’t even know how this city in China even exists. Also, I’ve heard that their hotpot is amazing, so I can’t wait to go!
When I see videos like that, I feel like I’m watching some crazy beautiful video game or a movie with overly done CGI. I honestly don’t know how this is real life.
2. I’ve seen fields of wild flowers before, but this is on a whole different level. Again, how is this not a movie? The colors of the blue flowers are insanely beautiful!
3. Down below is a cute meat and cheese shop I took a photo of in Porto, Portugal.
If you ever want to visit Portugal, then Porto is kind of necessary.
It has that perfect looking old European feel with cute little idyllic shops, incredible eateries, and wonderful views.
4. Milford Sound almost doesn’t look real. I kind of felt like I had been suddenly transported into Middle Earth while watching that 14 second video.
5. This magical wedding was in an Italian palazzo (an Italian palace), and it’s the kind of location I’d book tickets to within seconds if I wasn’t so busy.
6. And lastly, here’s that time I went to a village in Taiwan that basically made me feel like I was on a movie set. It’s the location that was rumored to have inspired Miyazaki’s Spirited Away, and it’s filled with tea houses, shops, eateries, lanterns, and winding streets.
