Updated:

Silas & Grace

There are so many people out there that have amazing tips for saving money at so many stores. I find it so handy to go to certain blogs to see what they have to say about deals and hacks before shopping at a certain place. It may take a small amount of time, but it definitely ends up saving a lot of money!

Down below I found some awesome money saving tips and hacks from awesome bloggers. All of them took the time to go into the store and show us how we can find the right deals. So check them out, let me know what you think, and then head back to their site to see even more saving tips!

1. Walmart

Found from Passionate Penny Pincher

Shop for the Equate brand at Walmart (the store’s personal brand). Many products are half the cost or have the exact same ingredients (just like the lotion above!).

2. Hobby Lobby

Found from The Krazy Coupon Lady

Use the 40% off coupon (which is always available on the Hobby Lobby app or Hobby Lobby weekly ad).

You can use the 40% discount instead of the shown sales price and the rules may say that it’s one per person per day, but not one per family. That means you can give one to each of your family members to buy something (awesome savings!).

3. Costco

Found from Passion for Savings

If it’s not in stores, then you’ll most likely find it online! There are great selections to see on the Costco website, so check it out!

Bonus Tip: If you see an asterisk on a price label, that means it won’t be restocked anymore. Check out more tips like these from The Krazy Coupon Lady

4. Old Navy

Found from Passion for Savings

Old Navy has a sale every week on Saturday, and that means if you need some new jeans, a sweater for the cold season, or tank tops for summer, this is when you stock up.

5. Kohl’s

Found from The Krazy Coupon Lady

Alright, these guys have got it DOWN when it comes to saving on smaller kitchen appliances at Kohls. Here are their steps.

  1. Stack up to four coupons per order.
  2. Save 5% when you sign up for the free loyalty program.
  3. Earn 20% back in Kohl’s Cash (store credit)
  4. AND submit a Kohl’s-exclusive rebate on brands like KitchenAid and Nutribullet.

As a bonus, you can follow them on Facebook for deal alerts. There they can alert you of great deals like getting a KitchenAid mixer for less than $100 at Kohls.com!

6. Dollar Store

Found from Chasing Foxes

7.Home Depot

Found from The Krazy Coupon Lady

If you’re planning to renovate, replace an old appliance, or do some cute DIY projects, then head over to Home Depot and take advantage of their 110% price-match policy.

This means if you stalk their competitor’s coupon pages (or go in store) and find the exact same item for cheaper, they’ll match the price AND give you a 10% discount. Now that’s a bargain!

Just make sure to bring in the competitor’s flyer!

Bonus Tip: If your tools are still under warranty and need fixing, head on over to Home Depot who will fix them and file the claim for you! Plus, you’ll get a 90-day guarantee for each repair.

8. Bed Bath & Beyond

Found from Rather Be Shopping

You can use a competitor’s coupon to get the exact same discount if Bed Bath & Beyond hold the same product and brand.

9. Target

Found from Passion for Savings

Sign up for Target’s mobile or Cartwheel app to get last minute savings. Usually Target will send out deals throughout the month, however, if you see a sign like the one above, you can get extra savings on something you’ve been wanting for awhile.

Bonus Tip: Target allows you to do something called, “stacking.” This mean you can stack the sales price, manufacturer’s coupons, store coupons, store rewards and promotions to get the best deal on items! Check out more tips from The Krazy Coupon Lady.

10. Macy’s

Found from The Krazy Coupon Lady

If you want good savings on an item, but you’re unsure if you should wait for more discounts, just know that if the price tag is yellow and ends in 6, that’s its final markdowns.

Bonus Store Savings Tip!

Michael’s

Found from The Krazy Coupon Lady

If you see an orange sticker on an item, go ahead and snatch it up! That means it’s on its final (or near final) discount.
