(Psst.. if you don’t have one, you can get a Spiralizer here.. it’ll save you so much time.)

Make French Fries

If you have a craving for fries, then here’s a great way to enjoy the healthier version. Try making sweet potatoes curly fries with the Spiralizer! Just place them on a baking sheet, pour a bit of oil on them, add some salt and pepper (or any other seasoning), and then bake till crispy. This is such a great snack that’s easy for grab n go meal.

Add Colors to Your Salad

Level up your average salad by adding curly twisted veggies made from your Spiralizer. I highly suggest you make use of bright colored veggies like red beets, carrots, bell peppers, squash, and cucumber for an awesome combo. Then you can pair with your favorite proteins! Doing this won’t just look Instagrammable, but help you make sure you’re getting the nutrients you need.

Rice Alternative

Did you know that you can also make an alternative to rice with the Spiralizer? And the best vegetables for this are the harder veggies, such as carrots, beets, sweet potatoes, and butternut squash. So how can you make this rice alternative? By placing your Spiralized veggies into a food processor. And after a minute, you’ll have a healthy substitute to go with any meal.

Replace Your Nachos

Hosting a movie night or a pajama party? Then definitely try this hack out. Just use crispy baked sweet potatoes or zucchini (your choice) that’s well seasoned and spiced and then top with salsa, beans, and/or cheese (obviously).

Maximize Your Muffins

Now, this tips is really perfect for moms who have a picky kid when it comes to vegetables. Want to know the secret to make your kids love and eat veggies? Just bake up some chocolate muffins and add some spiralized zucchini for instant nutrition. You can also do the same for your carrot cake or other baking recipes that your kids like.

For Your Sweet Tooth

If you find yourself getting a craving for something sweet, then try spiralizing an apple! Besides making it fun to eat, it’s a great snack to munch on while watching Netflix.

Make a Chicken Noodle Soup

Forget the ordinary salty noodles and try spiralized veggie noodles. Compared to packaged noodles, these veggie noodles are healthier, tastier, and cheaper. They make you soup instantly loaded with nutrients while lowering your carb and sodium intake. And whether you love Thai, Chinese, Korean or any other type of delicious Asian noodle dishes, you can recreate it using spiralized veggies.
