Nuts: one of the most convenient snacks of all time. If you’re lazy, then this is definitely for you. Take a handful of nuts, like almonds, with you wherever you go and munch on them while you’re at work or while you’re out with friends.

Avocado: Have it normal or mashed and spread it over toast. It’s tasty and great for you either way. It also has plenty of fiber and heart-healthy fats.

Pecans: pecans have a buttery flavor, making it a light satisfying snack. Whether you have it raw or roasted, they make you feel fuller, so you don’t binge eat later on some unhealthy junk food.

Yogurt and Cucumbers: dairy products are usually low in carbs, especially Greek yogurt. A cup of low-fat Greek yogurt contains only 11 carbs! So dip some cucumbers in it and you have a delicious snack!

Dark Chocolate: it’s the perfect snack for someone with a sweet tooth who wants to lose weight. One ounce of 70% dark chocolate only contains 12 grams of carbs. That’s nothing right? You can also pair it up with cashew butter for additional protein.

Celery and Peanut Butter: spread 2 tbs of peanut butter on a stalk of celery and enjoy a 10-gram carb snack!

These snacks will fulfill your cravings while keeping your weight under control. So give them a try!
