But your snack doesn’t necessarily have to be junk food, it can be a low-carb snack, with multiple health benefits, as well as tasty. And the following are some snacks you can eat without worrying too much about weight gain. So go ahead and try them out!

Dark Chocolate: it’s the perfect snack for someone with a sweet tooth who wants to lose weight. One ounce of 70% dark chocolate only contains 12 grams of carbs. That’s nothing right? You can also pair it up with cashew butter for additional protein.
Celery and Peanut Butter: spread 2 tbs of peanut butter on a stalk of celery and enjoy a 10-gram carb snack!
