One of the major questions many ask when they want to do Intermittent Fasting is, “What do I drink?” Many aren’t always sure what is a no go in this plan and what other drinks are actually ok.
And in this article, we’re going to be discussing some of the drinks that are great for you while doing Intermittent Fasting. So read on and let us know what you think!

Water: Begin with water, it’s free of calories and allowed in all fasting types, whether it’s the religious type or the personal diet type. Water is filled with minerals to help detox the body which is great when you’re fasting. Water is what we’re mostly made of, also it’s a great and easy drink to help burn fat. So I recommend that you drink this throughout your fasting period, especially when you’re hungry!

Apple Cider Vinegar: A drink that’s low in calories and recommended when fasting. It also helps to decrease blood sugar levels and helps your digestion. It’s also great to take 2 tablespoons of this drink diluted in water before bedtime!
Coconut Oil: This oil has little effect on your blood glucose (which is an indicator that you have broken your fast). Also, it’s good to know that coconut oil contains a sufficient amount of calories, so it’s good to take in moderation if you want to lose weight faster.

Almond Milk: This milk is very low in carbohydrates, calories and great for vegans. Also, please note that when choosing this milk, you need to avoid the kind with sugar or extra protein.
Coffee: If you’re basically a zombie in the morning, then not to worry! You can still have your coffee. It turns out that if you stay under 50 calories, your body will remain in fasting mode. So go ahead, add a splash of milk and don’t feel guilty!
Now when fasting, make sure your body is in the right condition and check with your doctor before starting. Also, just know that when doing Intermittent Fasting, you’re going to struggle at times with cravings. But just keep in mind the results you want to see. I promise you, you’ll make it!
