This one is a personal recipe that I made and love. It honestly makes me feel so good and it’s really tasty! These tostadas are a healthy meal I created while living in Mexico and it’s so much fun to enjoy as a lunch or dinner.

I love zucchini recipes; they’re such an easy way to make a meal healthy while still tasting delicious. Also, this recipe is just 4 ingredients (I’m not counting the salt and pepper) and is done in 30 minutes flat. That’s honestly great for a night when you’ve been busy but still want a healthy dinner.

I feel like this meal prep idea is probably a great option if you don’t want to take a lot of time prepping food each and every day, but also want to lose weight. Also, protein is such a great way to stay fuller longer, so I’d make these snack packs the night before and then bring them with you when heading out so you’re not grabbing takeout.

I love a good salad when it’s topped and tossed with a ton of yummy ingredients. Also, when it has the perfect dressing, then that’s when I’m really enjoying myself.

And this salad looks ridiculously good! With ingredients like butternut squash, pomegranate, quinoa, and tahini, I could see myself enjoying this all week long.
