Acne mapping is probably one of the most helpful ways to understand how to properly take care of your skin.
As someone who has struggled with acne since the age of 11, it’s been incredibly frustrating trying to figure out what’s going on with my skin. And since everyone’s skin is different, you have to do a lot of testing to understand what’s making you break out.
Is it the food you’re eating, the skincare products you’re putting on your face, the pillowcases, or the fact that you’re not drinking enough water?
It almost feels like an endless list of tips on why you might be breaking out.
But recently, I’ve been having a better understanding of what’s causing my breakouts and I’ve found some methods for minimizing them and having clearer skin.
However, my methods might not work for you, so that’s why I wanted to create an acne face map so that you can better understand what’s going on with your skin and develop a solution that will work for you!
So give the different areas a look over and let me know if you have any questions. 🙂
Side Note: Make sure that with all these things, you’re also doing your own research and talking with a dermotologist. It’s important to give yourself the best care you can! ❤️
