You might have heard of intermittent fasting as a way to quickly lose some pounds, but did you know that fasting can also make the aging process slow? Fasting kick starts a process in our body called autophagy or simply put, the self-cleaning of cells which results in younger skin and a younger body.

They Prefer Home-Cooked Meals

Eating right is a part of maintaining healthy skin. Anyone who loves their skin and health will avoid takeout as much as possible. It’s been shown that people who cook their meals at home, at least 5 times a week, live longer by almost 10 years, compared to those who don’t. It’s not only pocket-friendly but youth-friendly.

Exercise keeps your body fully functioning at all times which reverses the process of aging by a considerably long time.
