One of the biggest ways I’ve been able to lose weight consistently has just been to find easy to make meals that taste so so good.
I used to think that eating healthy and losing weight was complicated, but after experimenting with certain simple ingredients and making quickly prepped meals, I suddenly started to see progress in my weight loss quickly.
And I hope that these ten healthy simple snacks will help you do the same! It’s always nice to have a bit of help on your weight loss journey. 🙂
I love snickers, so if I can have a healthy version of it, then I’m all for it! Also, dates are so good if you get the right kind (here’s the kind I personally like), so this probably tastes incredible. ❤️
5-Minute Matcha Protein Balls
Matcha tastes so good when it’s done right and when it’s put into desserts, so I’d probably eat 10 of these in a 2-minute span of time (minus the coconut – not a fan personally 🤷♀️).
Banana Oatmeal Muffins
These sound like the perfect thing to have either for breakfast or a midday snack along with a hot cup of creamy coffee. 👌
Gluten-Free Cheez-It Copycat
My husband and I love Cheez-It and can go through a few boxes pretty fast. So the fact that there’s a healthy version of it that looks basically the same makes me VERY curious.
4 Easy Hummus Recipes
Hummus is so good! And I love it when there’s a good variety of flavors to dip my chips into. 🙂
Chocolate Covered Dates
I would probably enjoy eating a giant bowl of these, but then that would probably negate any of the health benefits they had.
Easy 3-Ingredient Banana Oatmeal Muffins (Vegan)
I love easy to make + quick to eat snacks like this. They’re healthy plus perfect for when you’re on the go and don’t have a lot of time to cook.
Healthy Energy Balls with Dates & Oats (+ 7 Variations)
I love energy balls, they’re so tasty, and especially when they’ve been chilled in the fridge!
Healthy Banana Bread Oatmeal Breakfast Bars
These looks SUPER comforting. I mean I really love it when you can eat healthy food that doubles as comfort food. Pair this with a hot cup of coffee or tea and you’re all set.
Whipped Ricotta Toast (6 Ways)
This honestly sounds SO good to me. I mean I love toast, I love ricotta, and I love toast that’s topped with yummy ingredients. This is basically what I was talking about when it comes to finding ways to make healthy eating easy. This looks super tasty, but also super easy to prep.
