Two different mac and cheese recipes.

When you and I were kids, we ate kid’s food. And when we grew up… we still eat kid’s food, it’s just a lot better.

And that’s why I’m finding some of the best mac and cheese recipes out there. It was a childhood favorite of mine (surprise) and I was intent on getting some great reinventions of this classic.

Also, we all love comfort food, so why not start here? Mac n cheese is easy enough and when you add just the right ingredients, you actually make it into a real meal. So feel free to check at these ideas for a comforting dinner and choose one that looks like it’ll boost your mood no matter what happened in your day.

Look at that cheesy deliciousness. Done by Yammie’s Noshery, it’s a dish that sounds healthy, but with the heavy cream and all that cheese, it’s probably something you don’t wanna have when you’re on a diet.

But it does have some fresh spinach and onion, so you don’t have to feel too guilty when eating.

Done by one of my favorite food bloggers, Lindsay from Pinch of Yum, she takes mac and cheese and makes it just that much more guilt-free.

Using butternut squash in her smooth cheese sauce, she keeps the recipe quick but delicious.

Serving 4, you can double it to make more and last you a couple of nights. Because food like this should be eaten more than once in a week.
