I used to struggle to get my night time skin care done because I’d often be so tired at night…so I started doing it shortly after dinner instead of waiting until just before bed. I also began thinking of it as a “mini spa facial” that I GOT TO DO. That flip in perspective made it seem like a treat and so now I do it!
