It’s always incredible to see people who are able to lose weight and actually keep it off! I mean, what makes them different than us? I’ve been in that place so many times, where I lose a lot of weight, and then put it back on. It’s not easy to keep it off!
But down below, I’m going to share with you the habits that people have who lose weight and stay slim.
These people make sure that they don’t eat out of boredom or habit. They have set times in the day that they eat and stick to it. They also make sure that they have the proper portions for each meal.
They Remain Active
Weight loss requires patience, however, maintaining the weight loss is an even bigger challenge. So they find different ways to stay active and burn off the calories, whether it’s being more “exaggerated” with their movements while vacuuming or doing 10-20 minutes of palates in the morning.
Before purchasing food, they read the ingredients carefully. When they’re sure that what they want to buy isn’t filled with sweeteners and other ingredients that will make them gain weight, they go ahead and put it the cart.
They Have Some Simple Hacks Up Their Sleeves
Slim people have a certain set of hacks up their sleeves that keeps them skinny. So this could be drinking water before they eat, using a smaller plate, doing intermittent fasting and skipping breakfast, and drinking green tea (which helps you lose weight.
You certainly don’t want to drink your calories (since this is an EASY way to gain weight), but you do want to make sure you’re drinking at least 8 tall glasses of water a day. This way you can lose weight faster and keep it off.
They Find Creative Ways to Eat Their Veggies
It’s always been known that eating your veggies is a great way to stay slim and feel incredible. But many of us don’t really like to eat them, and people who keep their weight off are no exception to this. So they make sure to put them in a smoothie, juice them with fruits they love, or bake them into something (zucchini bread anyone?).
They Stay Around the Right People
It’s ok to go out with friends and have a Starbucks drink or that favorite dish at that one restaurant you love. There’s nothing wrong with it, as long as it’s done in moderation.
But you also want to make sure you’re hanging out with friends or you’re apart of a Facebook group for people who have lost weight and are keeping it off. That way you can stay motivated and stay slim
