Asparagus helps cleanse the liver, and can also aid in getting rid of the impurities in your body. It’s easy to cook, and can be steamed or boiled quickly. Bonus points if you eat it raw, as this will help prevent any bloating.

An apple a day keeps the doctor away, or so the saying goes. But an apple with almond butter is delicious and has the right kind of fats to keep you healthy. The fiber content of the apple will also aid you with digestion.
Carbs are one thing that people think they have to avoid while detoxing or dieting. And while this may be partially true, the right kinds of carbohydrates are good for you. Rice is one staple food that, while a type of carb, is beneficial to your body. Unrefined whole grains are your best bet here.
