However, If you use a bigger plate and put the same amount of food, your mind will tell you that you are eating a small portion and you will automatically put more food on the plate.
Smaller plates lead to smaller portions of food, and trick your mind into thinking that you’re full.
Do Short Intense Workouts
A short yet intense workout is much easier than a long drawn out exercise. Consider doing high-intensity interval training (or HIIT) for your workout routine. It can help you shed weight fast and burn fat quickly. Create your own awesome pumped-up playlist to keep you motivated during the entire exercise and start toning your muscles.
Prep Meals Ahead
Do yourself a favor and prepare your meals ahead of time. An hour of planning can save you a lot of time in preparing your meals. Make it a habit to schedule a day for your meal planning and write all the supplies you need before going grocery shopping. Then stick to it and get everything you actually need.

Getting a good sleep can benefit you so much, and especially with your weight. While you’re sleeping, your body repairs its cells and burns fat from performing tasks like this.
Also, when you sleep, your body secretes essential hormones that reduces your cravings for unhealthy food. Pretty awesome right?
