I have this weird relationship with oatmeal.

For some reason, I either love it or really don’t. So if it’s just been microwaved, then it’s ok. I mean it’s not horrible, I’ll eat it. But there’s something about having overnight oats that I love. The texture is so much better, I really like that you can easily change up the flavors, and you can prepare it the night before.

So if you’re like me where you wanna eat oatmeal, but also aren’t a huge fan of that not so awesome tasting microwave oatmeal, then you might like these overnight oats recipes.

These easy overnight oats only require 10 minutes of your time and you can soak it overnight and enjoy first thing in the morning. Just know that it does have cream cheese, so it’s not the healthiest if that’s what you’re looking for. But it will most likely taste pretty darn good.
