This classic yoga pose will not only tone your thighs but also your butt and legs.
Start this posture by putting your legs together and spreading your arms overhead. Keep your legs firmly squeezed and bend your chest slightly. Hold this pose for 30 seconds and then repeat 5 more times.
Raise the Ball
This one will strengthen your inner core as well as your thighs. Lie straight. Your bottom arms should support your head. Your exercise ball should be in between your feet and lift it to the ceiling. Your hips and butt will help you in this exercise. Now, return to the same position and repeat it 10 times.
Copy the Penguin Walk
It looks simple, but soon you’ll feel the effect of this unusual exercise. Your knees should be in plie position, and your toes should be bent inwards. Now, hold the position and walk two steps forward and backward. Repeat this exercise for at least one minute.
Glider Side Lunge
This exercise affects not only your thighs but also your glutes and legs. A wooden floor is the best choice for this exercise. Take a towel or a plastic lid if you do it on a carpeted surface. Keep your feet slightly apart and put one foot on the towel. You can hold your hands for balance. Now squat down on the other leg. Slide the leg to the side which is on the towel. Repeat this exercise for each leg.
You have to stand in Plie pose at first, then spread the legs while your feet are turned out and your pelvis should be tucked in. Now stretch your arms in a 90-degree angle and jump. Repeat this exercise for at least for one minute.
This one is amazing for toning your butt. At first, lie on your back and bend your knees. Now you have to lift your butt upwards and make your body straight. Repeat it 15 times.
For this one, you’ll have to start this exercise with a push up position. Then bend your knees so that you can be in a perfect position. Now kick one leg up in a 90-degree angle. Next, lift the leg up and down 20 times. Repeat the same on the other leg as well.
All these previous exercises will tone your inner thighs. But they won’t reduce fat. If you want to burn fat you have to do cardio. It’s beneficial for fat burning so it’ll instantly reduce fat from your thighs.
