Yogurt: This dairy product contains many of the vital nutrients the body needs. It contains a high amount of calcium, vitamin B12, phosphorus, magnesium, and potassium among other minerals. Ideally, you should go for unsweetened, Greek-style yogurt. You may toss in some seeds, berries, or nuts to bring texture and taste and make your own healthy, customized snack.
Eggs: Eggs are an excellent source of protein and can curb your hunger. Boil or poach an egg and eat it with salt and pepper for a great healthy snack. But avoid frying the egg as it will give you extra calories from the oil.

Beans: Beans are high in protein which will help keep your energy up. Their high fiber content can also lead to a feeling of fullness with a lower calorie intake.
Cucumbers: Cucumbers make the perfect, crunchy summer snack as they have a lot of water in them. Also, they contain beta carotene which is good for the eyes.
Strawberries: One serving of these delicious berries is said to contain more vitamin C than an orange. Strawberries also contain antioxidants, potassium, and fiber. These heart-shaped berries are also good for the heart as they do not contain any cholesterol, sodium, or fat.
